Celebrating Contributions to Local Cancer Support

The GBCSC honoured our many significant donors and funders who have helped to build our Centre over the recent years on June 24.

For many who attended, it was there first time visiting our Home for Hope. Along with some light food and beverages, a brief welcome and thanks were offered by Board Chair Kathy Wolfer, Centre founder Sandy Cornell, and Executive Director Eric Walter.

A recognition wall in our front entrance was also unveiled. Names of our major supporters will be added to this wall over the months ahead.

A special thanks to Laurie-Ann Fisher for putting together and donating the amazing food spread and Colio Wine for providing wine.
