Member Programs & Services Coordinator

Position Overview: Reporting to the Executive Director, The Member Programs & Services Coordinator engages with members upon joining the Georgian Bay Cancer Support Centre (GBCSC) and plays a key role in liaising with Members over the duration of their involvement with the Centre.
The Member Programs & Services Coordinator ensures that Members are receiving optimal support from the GBCSC. With a focus on thorough tracking, analysis, and reporting, the Member Programs & Services Coordinator is responsible for updating and maintaining Member records, performing periodic follow-up with Members as needed, and collecting Member feedback related to the quality of programming and services offered by the GBCSC.
The Member Programs & Services Coordinator also plays an integral role in developing and delivering GBCSC programs to Members.

Summer Events Coordinator, Penetanguishene
Type: Full-time Contract
Contract Length: May 4, 2026 – August 28, 2026
Hours/Week: 35 Pay Rate: $19.00
Position Overview: The Events Coordinator will serve as an important part of the GBCSC team and will play an integral role in facilitating the centre’s most important annual fundraising event, The Georgian Bay Cycle for Hope, along with additional fundraising initiatives at our Penetanguishene location. This role will also be central to connecting members of our community to the GBCSC and generating very important revenue for local cancer support.
Reporting to the Marketing and Events Coordinator, the successful candidate will divide their time between working on-site and in the community. This position is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs program and is ONLY eligible to individuals aged 15-30.
