Mindfulness
Join facilitator and Psychotherapist Natalie Drever for mindfulness skills to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, cope more effectively with serious illness, and manage stress better. This group will introduce participants to core mindfulness skills, provide opportunities to practice, and support people with integrating formal and informal mindfulness practice into their day to day life.
