Members

All members have an opportunity to sit on the Member Advisory Council to serve in an advisory capacity, making recommendations on matters that impact all members of GBCSC.

Involved members may:

• Provide feedback on, and ideas for, initiatives and programs that enhance, ensure and embrace the concept of psycho-social cancer care.
• Be a collaborative, positive and rational force for the enhancement of high-quality member care. 
• Advance member engagement principles and practices at GBCSC.

A Board of Director’s Member Representative is nominated and elected by the Member Advisory Council annually at the January meeting. This individual member, a full voting member of the Board, will serve as the voice of the membership. Term length will be one year with an option to renew once.
