Executive Director

GBCSC is actively seeking a dynamic leader to manage all aspects of our rural cancer support centre in the Heart of Georgian Bay. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will have proven capabilities in Health and Social service delivery, strong business management, and an understanding of championing an environment of collaboration and empowerment within an established framework of accountability to achieve the Mission of GBCSC.

This position is a permanent, full-time salaried position.

Qualifications include:

  • University degree in Health and Social Services or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years senior leadership experience
  • Excellent organizational, financial, computer and communication skills
  • Collaborative style with Board, staff, members and volunteers.

Salary $60,000. to $65,000. or commensurate with skills and experience.
